Отправной точкой стал зарубежный конкурс @radicalinnovation.io.
Целью проекта было воссоздание истерического полотна берега реки Енисей, а также проектирование технологичного отеля. Планируемый объект воссоединяет жилой район "Новоостровский", 4-ый мост, берег Мелькомбината. Развязка моста не является препятствием. Международный опыт переустройства транспортных узлов решает проблемы комфортной городской среды. Содержимым отеля является технология тепловых насосов благодаря которой здание может быть энергоэффективным. Сама система погружена под землю и никак не вмешивается во внешний облик зданий. Тонкая, эстетически-привлекательная архитектура подчеркивает композиционный ансамбль реконструкции мелькомбината.

The starting point was a foreign competition @radicalinnovation.io.
The aim of the project was to recreate the historical canvas of the Yenisei coast, as well as the design of a technological hotel. The planned object unites the residential area "Novoostrovsky", the 4th bridge, flour mill. The bridge interchange is not an obstacle. International experience in the reconstruction of transport hubs solves the problems of a comfortable urban environment. The content of the hotel is the technology of heat pumps, thanks to which the building can be energy efficient. The system itself is submerged underground and in no way affects the appearance of buildings. The refined, aesthetically attractive architecture emphasizes the compositional ensemble of the mill reconstruction.
